If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock. Brand New!

The space

We are a 15 minute drive to all the surf beaches. There are hiking and mountain bike trails right out the front door. Peace and quiet with no close neighbors. We have open views of the mountains and ocean. Your pets are free to roam as well.

Guest access

Guests have access to the pool, rooftop and each have their own patio. The social kitchen can also be used by all.
